There’s something extra special about a week when the ovens are full and the menu is stacked with all of our favorites — and this one is exactly that.

This week at Raising Oaks Homestead, we’re offering all of our signature breads, baked fresh with freshly milled whole grains, long-fermented sourdough, and simple, wholesome ingredients. Every loaf is made the same way I bake for my own family — slow, intentional, and nourishing.

And yes… we’re also bringing back a favorite treat you don’t want to miss.

🍪 Chocolate Chip Bliss Cookies (Made with Ancient Kamut!)

These are not your average chocolate chip cookies.

Our Chocolate Chip Bliss Cookies are made with ancient Kamut wheat, an heirloom grain known for its rich, buttery flavor and easier digestibility. The result?

A soft, golden cookie with crisp edges, melty chocolate, and a depth of flavor you just can’t get from modern flour.

They’re:

✔ Made with freshly milled Kamut

✔ Naturally rich and satisfying

✔ Perfect with coffee, milk, or tucked into lunchboxes
