Scones & Rolls
December 5 @ 3:00 pm - December 6 @ 6:00 pm

Enjoy some scones and rolls from us the weekend after Thanksgiving. This weekend has a rhythm all its own. The big meal is behind us, the dishes are finally done, and the last of the leftovers are tucked away. Families are easing back into normal life while slowly stepping into December—pulling out Christmas decorations, planning small gatherings, attending local events, and settling into the first true days of the holiday season.
It’s a weekend when everyone is hungry for real food again… but no one wants to spend hours in the kitchen.
That’s why this week’s menu is built around simple, fresh, homemade staples your family can enjoy without any extra work.
Before I share the menu, I want to say something important:
We are truly thankful for you.
Your support, your kind words, your excitement over our bakes, and your steady presence at our little farm stand mean more than you know. Every loaf we bake, every roll we shape, every jar of popcorn we seal—it’s all done with gratitude for the families who choose to bring Raising Oaks into their homes. Thank you for letting us be part of your weekends and your celebrations. It is a gift we don’t take lightly.
Now, here’s what we’re preparing fresh for you this weekend:
Fresh-Milled Sourdough Loaves
All our classic loaves will be available—made with freshly milled grains, long fermentation, and the same recipe you’ve grown to love. These are the breads families depend on for soup nights, sandwiches, toast, and easy meals after a long holiday week.
Hawaiian Rolls
Soft, lightly sweet, and absolutely delicious. These rolls are perfect for leftover turkey, sliders, ham sandwiches, or an easy dinner side. We’re using freshly milled whole grains to give them amazing flavor and texture.
Cranberry Orange Scones
Bright citrus meets tart cranberry for a breakfast that feels fresh and uplifting. These scones are perfect for slow mornings, tree decorating, or hosting weekend guests.
Pumpkin Spice Bread
A tender, warmly spiced loaf that’s not too sweet but full of flavor. Great for breakfast, snacks, or as a treat with coffee or tea. Even though Thanksgiving is over, pumpkin season is still going strong.
Caramel Popcorn
Crispy, buttery, and sweet—our caramel popcorn is one of the easiest ways to make a family night special. Perfect for movies, Christmas lights drives, or gifting.
Everything is made from scratch with quality ingredients and the care we put into every Raising Oaks bake. Quantities are limited, and pre-orders help ensure you get exactly what you want.
Thank you again for supporting our homestead, for showing up week after week, and for allowing us to serve your families with real food made with love. We’re grateful for you, and we can’t wait to bake for you this weekend.
Pre-orders are open now—reserve your favorites and we’ll have them ready for you at the homestead.
