Mocha Chocolate Sourdough

As February comes to a close, we’re bringing back a loaf many of you have been asking for since Valentine’s week — Mocha Chocolate Sourdough is returning for one final bake this month.
This special loaf quickly became a favorite, combining rich chocolate with subtle coffee notes in a naturally fermented sourdough made with freshly milled grains. It’s cozy, indulgent, and perfect for these last winter days before we begin welcoming spring flavors.
Because so many of you reached out hoping for another chance to order, we decided to offer it one more time before February ends.
Also Returning: Citrus & Cream Cookies
Alongside the sourdough, we’re baking another customer favorite — Citrus & Cream Cookies. These soft, bright cookies bring a fresh burst of citrus balanced with a smooth cream flavor, making them a perfect transition from winter comfort to early spring.
This Week’s Menu Changes
With limited help this week, Honey Wheat loaves and Banana Bread will not be available. Thank you for your grace and understanding as we focus on baking well and serving our community faithfully with the help we have.
