SUMMARY:This weeks menu
DESCRIPTION:This week’s menu is simple\, nourishing\, and full of some of your longtime favorites. \nThere’s something special about a slower season on the homestead — the garden beginning to wake up\, evening porch sitting\, and the smell of fresh bread filling the kitchen once again. \n  \nOur featured bake this week is a Basil Pesto Mozzarella Focaccia made with ancient grains. Crispy\, flavorful\, and topped with melty mozzarella and savory pesto\, it’s the kind of bread thats perfect for a sandwich or pairs beautifully soup\, grilled meat\, or a simple summer dinner. \nWe’re also bringing back our Chocolate Chip Bliss Cookies — our most popular sweet bake. Made with ancient grains\, they have that rich homemade flavor with crisp edges and soft centers that keep everyone coming back for more. \nYou’ll also find our Classic White Sourdough made with fresh whole grain spelt for extra depth of flavor and nutrition\, along with our beloved Einkorn Sourdough and soft Honey Wheat loaves. \nOne quick note: there will be no lemon bread this week as a few of our helpers are out\, and we’re keeping the menu a little lighter for our family this week. Thank you for always giving us grace in these busy seasons of homeschooling\, baking\, and farm life. \nWe can’t wait to serve your family this week at Raising Oaks Homestead — from our farm to your table.
