SUMMARY:St Patrick’s Day
DESCRIPTION:There is something special about the smell of fresh bread coming from the kitchen\, especially as we head toward St. Patrick’s Day. This week at Raising Oaks Homestead we’re baking a festive batch of Mint Chocolate Chip Scones\, along with some of our favorite homestead breads. \nPre order here or take your chances for drive ups. \nFriday 3-7pm Sat & Sun 9-7pm  \n911 Daniel Dr  Seymour TN \nOur Mint Chocolate Chip Scones are a fun seasonal treat—buttery scones filled with dark chocolate chips\, Andes mints and real peppermint. They’ll be finished with a light dip of chocolate and flake salt for a bakery-style touch. They’re perfect with a warm cup of coffee or tea and make a sweet addition to a weekend breakfast. \nAlongside the scones\, we’ll have our usual lineup of fresh breads made with freshly milled whole grains. Milling our flour fresh allows the full flavor and nutrients of the grain to shine through\, creating breads that are both wholesome and deeply satisfying. \nThis week’s breads include: \n\nClassic White Sourdough\n100% Whole Grain Sourdough\nHoney Wheat Sandwich Bread\nGluten-Free Sourdough\n\nWe’ll also have fresh Banana Bread\, a simple homestead favorite that never lasts long on the table. \nEverything is baked in small batches here at the homestead using simple ingredients and freshly milled grains. \nIf you’d like to reserve something from this week’s bake\, be sure to place your order early. Our breads and treats often sell out quickly. \nWe’re grateful for this community that continues to support local farms and family bakeries. Thank you for helping us keep real bread on the table.

SUMMARY:Blueberry Crumble Muffins
DESCRIPTION:For a limited time\, we’re baking Sourdough Blueberry Crumble Muffins. These soft\, fluffy muffins are made with our signature sourdough starter and freshly milled grains\, then packed with juicy blueberries and topped with a buttery crumble. They’re lightly sweet\, full of flavor\, and perfect for breakfast or an afternoon treat. \nOf course\, our classic sourdough loaves will also be available. Each loaf is made the slow way—using long fermentation and freshly milled grains to bring out deep flavor and natural nutrition. It’s the kind of bread that reminds us how bread used to be made: simple ingredients\, time\, and care. \nWhether you’re stocking up on bread for the week or looking for something special to share with your family\, we’d love to bake for you. \nhttps://www.hotplate.com/raisingoakshomesteadPre-orders are open here now while supplies last. \nCome taste the difference of bread made from grain to loaf right here at Raising Oaks Homestead.
